Tom has over 35 years of telecommunications industry experience with AT&T, Cincinnati Bell and as an entrepreneur. His diverse background includes sales, sales management, marketing, field operations, training and education. Tom has a strong background in public and private network services and premises based products including Centrex, ACD, ISDN, xDSL, ISP Services, Key and PBX Systems. He is recognized for his excellent communications and interpersonal skills and his ability to apply complex products and technologies to customer business needs. Tom is an experienced course developer and facilitator for both in-person and web-delivered classes. Tom has over 10 years training experience with AT&T and as a consultant. |

Ed has over 35 years of telecommunications industry experience with Ohio Bell, United Telecom, Utelcom (interconnect company), and Sprint Wireless. His background includes sales, sales management, marketing, training and Human Resources management. Ed sold key systems, PBX’s and Centrex as a sales representative and managed several teams of Sales Consultants in various environments/companies. He has a strong background in coaching at all levels in an organization. Ed is recognized for his excellent communications and presentation skills. He is an experienced course developer and facilitator. He has trained over 2500 sales people and sales managers in his training career with the Bell System and with Sprint. Ed also has over 5 years consulting experience with an emphasis on Leadership Development. |

Barbara has been in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years and has extensive training experience woven throughout her professional career. She is an accomplished and dynamic trainer and course developer for courses ranging from network technologies to sales techniques. Barbara has developed and delivered highly interactive training for national and international local and inter-exchange carriers, mobile service providers and the federal government. Barbara has created and delivered training for new sales positions and coached newly hired Account Executives in products, professional selling skills and account management. Barbara also has extensive experience developing and delivering training designed for call center environments. |

David Litwack is a practicing consultant with over 30 years in the telecommunications industry. He specializes in delivering highly interactive and hands-on courses in technical and non-technical disciplines. David has experience in the design, development and delivery of training courses in voice and data communications, specializing in IP access services, IP security, VoIP, email and directories, and information assurance). David is author of The E-Mail Frontier: Emerging Markets and Evolving Technologies (Reading, MA: Addison-Wesley, 1995), “Developing a Trusted Infrastructure for Electronic Commerce Services and Security in X.500 Directory Services” published in the Handbook of Electronic Messaging (Boca Raton, FL: Auerbach, editions for 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001), and numerous articles for military and commercial publications. |
